| Day | Destination | Description |
| Day 1 | Havana | Swinging to the beat of the rumba, Havana is unlike any other capital in the world. Wander along sweeping boulevards and elegant plazas and revel in the charm of this character-filled city. Visit Coppelia Ice Cream Pavilion for a treat that's out of this world. |
| Days 2-4 | Baracoa | With a scattering of colonial buildings and a backdrop of mountains and sea, Baracoa is quite possibly the most beautiful town in Cuba. Climb over the old forts - built to withstand pirate raids - or explore the mountains and black sand beaches. In town, seek out the torcedores to see cigar rolling in action. |
| Days 5-7 | Santiago de Cuba | There are plenty of historic sites in Santiago. The city earned the title Hero City of the Republic of Cuba for its pivotal role in the revolution - but it is better known for its smooth tunes. After a day of sightseeing, stay out all night dancing to the Latin rhythms of Cuba's sexy salsa in the city that gave birth to the dance. |
| Day 8 | Camaguey | There is a lot of fun to be had getting lost among the winding streets of Camaguey. Check out some colonial gems while getting your bearings and be sure to stop by the Iglesia de Nuestra Senora de la Soledad with its grand Baroque frescoes. Find a terrace cafe for a drink and enjoy the city views, dotted with steeples, towers, domes and terracotta colours. |
| Days 9-12 | Trinidad | Home to Spanish-style churches and some great museums, Trinidad is also the gateway to the beautiful Valle de los Ingenios, where vast sugar cane plantations pan out as far as the eye can see. Playa Ancon is close by and there is plenty of time to relax on its long, unspoiled beaches. Take the time to explore the Plaza Mayor and its surrounding historic sites. |
| Days 13-15 | Havana | Return to Havana for a stroll along the malecon. There is time to get a dance or music lesson or take a carriage ride through the city before a last night in one of the city's bars drinking rum and listening to Cuba's mesmerising rhythms. |
